I’ve been contemplating this quote from “A Course of Love” ever since we read it last week. I keep coming back to it again and again. Particularly during this week back in NYC with so many dearly loved friends who have such a rich history of reciprocal generosity with me and with one another.

In this holiday season where expectations around both giving and receiving can be so fraught and weighty, I thought this was a perfectly timed invitation to contemplation.
